A few days before our last trip to Pakistan, we listened to our friend recount, via Skype, the horrors of two attacks on Christian colonies. More than 150 houses were destroyed. At least eight persons were killed.
I only have this recording of his words because I was testing a new small recorder I planned to take on the trip. His chilling words of the destruction are ended with his call to pray for the ones who committed the violence. It is only by God’s grace that the violated can forgive their aggressors. We have the example of Jesus who said as He was dying, “Forgive them, they don’t know what they are doing.”

This brought tears to my eyes brother and prompted that place in my heart where God placed a huge burden for the persecuted in Pakistan. Thank you for your amazing work for the Kingdom and the persecuted!

We in America are so blessed, yet we take God’s blessing for granted. We kneel to Him only when our routine is upset. The Pakistan Christians are under severe attack daily and must live with the knowledge that their very lives as well as the lives of their families and friends could end abruptly.
Fortunately you and others are making a difference in their lives by introducing the love of Jesus Christ to them. Thank you for what you do. Thank you for allowing God to use you to love and care for His people. I know you suffer in your ministry and we pray for God’s loving grace and mercy to be rained down on you and the Pakistani people.
May God continue to richly bless and protect you.

That is very sad but also encouraging. What an amazing person that man was to stand up to a mob like that. I’m so happy my parents, originally from Pakistan, left everything they ever knew to bring me and my family to America. Thank you so much for the images.

Absolutely, I have a lot of family there and they are some of the nicest people I have ever met but there is also a lot of problems from lack of literacy and education.
Again, thank you for posting this. It was truly humbling.
Agreed about the education problems. One of the biggest areas we support is a school over there.
